Quarterly Maintenance
Depending on your requirements, we take over the management of your home.
Sit back and relax with the knowledge that your home is being well maintained.
Each quarter a Handyman will make an hour-long visit to your home to perform whatever is needed for ongoing maintenance.
At the same time, your Home Coordinator will work with you to create a gameplan for your home to ensure all issues, maintenance, and even items on your wish list are being addressed.
